How do the monthly payments work?
Payments are taken by standing order or via a service called Stripe. This enables us to take debit and credit card payments. As a customer, you can also choose to save your card details so that your billing each month is automated and minimises any service interruptions.
What if I want to cancel?
We don’t tie you into a contract. You have complete control over your plan and can cancel at any moment. You have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes of course! My clients use many different hosting companies and I’m also happy to recommend hosting to suit your requirements.
Do you support WooCommerce sites?
Yes, however, advanced functionality websites, like Woocommerce, need our premium WordPress care plan to function properly and be kept secure.
Other websites with advanced functionality, such as community WordPress sites, course websites, or any other WordPress website with dynamic content, will also be compatible with our premium plan.
